Q:Are Kentrim nails safe for natural nails?
Yes. Our press-on nails are designed for temporary wear and can be removed without damaging your natural nails when applied and removed correctly.
Q: How long do press-on nails last?
Kentrim press-on nails can last up to 2 weeks with proper application and care.
Q: Can I reuse the nails?
Yes! Our handmade nails are reusable when removed carefully and stored properly.
Q: Are Kentrim nails handmade?
Yes. Every Kentrim nail set is handmade with attention to detail and salon-quality craftsmanship.
Q:What comes in each nail set?
Each set includes handmade press-on nails, adhesive tabs, nail glue, mini file, cuticle stick and alcohol pad.
Q: How do I choose my nail size?
You can use our sizing guide to measure your nails before ordering. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing our standard medium size.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Q:Are the nails waterproof?
Yes. With proper application, Kentrim press-on nails are water-resistant and suitable for daily activities.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Each order is handmade to order and typically requires 3–5 business days for production.
After dispatch:
Standard Shipping: approximately 6–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: approximately 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Q: How do I remove press-on nails safely?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for several minutes. Gently lift the edges with a wooden cuticle stick and remove the nails slowly. Do not force or peel them off, as this may damage your natural nails.
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns of eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Full details can be found in our Refund Policy.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime through our Track My Order page.
Q: How can I return or exchange an item?
Please contact us at support@kentrim.com before returning any item. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return or exchange is eligible.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10business days to your original payment method.
Q: Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
Yes, changes or cancellations may be possible within 12 hours of placing the order and before production begins. Since all nail sets are handmade to order, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Q: My package is delayed. What should I do?
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday periods. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@kentrim.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
