Refund policy
At Kentrim, customer satisfaction is important to us.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
HYGIENE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, used press-on nails cannot be returned or refunded.
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@kentrim.com.
We may request photos for verification and will work with you to provide a replacement, remake, or refund where appropriate.
HOW TO START A RETURN
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
To request a return, please email support@kentrim.com with:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos if applicable
Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
For voluntary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
