Currently, we only ship within the United States.
PROCESSING TIME
All Kentrim press-on nails are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and order processing before shipment.

Standard Shipping
• FREE on orders over $39.99
• $6.99 on orders under $39.99
• Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days
Expedited Shipping
• $9.99
• Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak holiday periods.
Daily Shipping Cut-Off Time
To ensure standardized sorting and timely shipment of apparel items, we implement a daily order cut-off rule:
- Official Cut-Off Time: 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Orders with confirmed payment before 10:00 AM PST on business days will enter the same-day inspection and packaging queue.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be automatically scheduled for processing on the next business day.
- All orders submitted on weekends or federal holidays will start processing on the following regular business day.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can also track your order anytime through our Track My Order page.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not received any tracking updates for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
